What should I include with my RFQ?
Send the current drawing revision, quantity and requested delivery date. Include material, critical dimensions, surface-finish requirements and any inspection or documentation needs when available. If a requirement is undecided, note it in the project description.
Can I send native CAD files?
The form accepts up to 10 files in PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/CSV, JPG/JPEG, PNG or GIF format. It does not accept native CAD files such as STEP, IGES or DWG. Upload a PDF drawing to start, or contact sales to send CAD files directly.
How is delivery timing confirmed?
Lead time depends on the geometry, material, quantity, required operations and current capacity. Include your desired delivery date; the project-specific timing is confirmed in the quote.
