Ejector Blades

Custom ejector blades made in the USA to your tooling drawing. Source the blade profile, body and mounting geometry specified for your new mold or replacement component.

Three blade ejectors with flat rectangular working ends and round shanks

Your component / Your application

Custom blades for your tooling design.

An ejector blade combines a blade-shaped working section with the body and mounting features required by the tool. Width, thickness and working length describe the blade; the transition and retention details define how it fits into the assembly.

Request a quote for the complete blade, including its working end, body and mounting geometry. For replacement orders, identify the drawing revision and any fit or orientation requirements that must carry through to the new component.

01 / Drawing detail

Blade section

Dimension the width, thickness and working length. Identify the faces that require a specified finish and include the tolerances or geometric controls applicable to those surfaces.

02 / Drawing detail

Transitions and support

Show the change from the body to the blade, including any specified radii, reliefs or shoulders. If assembly clearance matters, provide the relevant mating geometry.

03 / Drawing detail

Mounting and orientation

Include head and body dimensions, overall length and orientation features. Make the relationship between the working end and the retention features explicit on the drawing.

Ready for pricing

Start with your drawing.

Send your drawing, quantity and desired delivery date. Add the requirements you have available. If something is undecided, our sales team can discuss it with you.

Your quote confirms the manufacturing scope, pricing and delivery timing.

  • Complete blade drawing with part number, revision and units
  • Working profile, transitions and mounting geometry
  • Material condition, surface requirements and any treatment specification
  • Order quantity, desired delivery and documentation requirements

Common questions

Before you send the drawing.

What information is needed beyond blade thickness?

Include blade width and length, the working-end profile, transition geometry, body and head dimensions, and the required relationships between those features. A thickness alone does not define a finished component.

Can I request an unusual blade profile?

Send the print for review. The team evaluates the actual geometry, material and requirements before confirming manufacturability, price and delivery.
