Information you provide
The Contact Us form collects your first and last name, company, email address, phone number, subject, and message. The Request a Quote form collects contact and company details, the product or service requested, material, quantity, prototype or production status, desired delivery date, and project notes.
The RFQ form also accepts up to 10 uploaded files. Drawings, specifications, and other files may contain information about your project and personal information you include in them. Provide only information relevant to the inquiry. If materials require an NDA or special handling, contact us before uploading them.
Website and form information
The website records the first-visit source and landing page in browser local storage and passes these details to the RFQ form. When present in the page address, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers are passed to the form as well. This helps associate an inquiry with the page or source that brought the visitor to the website. A click identifier in a URL does not by itself mean an advertising pixel is installed.
Both forms are configured to capture the submitting visitor's time zone. The RFQ form has a save-progress feature enabled. GoHighLevel, also presented as LeadConnector, supplies the website and embedded form technology.
How inquiry information is used

GoHighLevel/LeadConnector processes website and form information to provide hosting, submission storage, and notification services. Email delivery and mailbox providers process notification messages so they can reach the designated company representatives.
Form submissions are stored in the GoHighLevel account. Uploaded RFQ files are associated with the submission, and file links are available through the platform. The forms are configured to email submission notifications, including a PDF copy, to designated recipients. Information may therefore also be held in those email systems.
Your choices and privacy inquiries
You may choose whether to submit an inquiry and which optional fields and project materials to provide. Required fields are identified on the forms. You can clear this website's local storage through your browser settings; doing so removes the saved first-visit record from that browser, but does not remove information already submitted.
