Acceptable use
Use the website for lawful business inquiries and information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or forms, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity or authority, or submit materials that infringe another person's rights. Provide contact and project information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Website content and intellectual property
Company names, branding, text, photographs, and other website content remain the property of their respective owners. RFQs are requests for review, not accepted orders
Submitting an inquiry, drawing, or Request a Quote form does not place an order, accept a purchase order, establish final pricing, guarantee manufacturability, or commit U.S. Core Pins to a delivery date. An on-screen submission confirmation only acknowledges receipt of the request.
Each project requires review of its drawings, specifications, materials, quantities, inspection needs, and scheduling requirements. Website descriptions and form selections do not establish that every proposed part or requirement can be met. Pricing, feasibility, and delivery must be addressed in project-specific communications and applicable commercial agreements.
Your drawings and submitted materials
You and your licensors retain ownership of drawings, designs, specifications, and other materials you submit. Submit only materials you are authorized to provide.
By providing materials for an inquiry, you permit U.S. Core Pins and the service providers involved in handling that inquiry to receive, store, and process them only to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and to perform services separately agreed with you. This permission does not authorize publishing your drawings, using them in marketing, training AI on them, or using them for unrelated purposes.
Confidentiality and special handling
If a project requires an NDA, restricted access, a particular transfer method, or other special handling, contact our team to agree on those arrangements before uploading sensitive technical materials. Using the form does not automatically create an NDA or establish special handling requirements.
These website terms do not label all submissions nonconfidential and do not replace or diminish a separately signed confidentiality agreement. The Privacy Policy explains the website's handling of inquiry information; it is not a technical confidentiality agreement.
Separate commercial agreements
Quotations, purchase-order acceptance, manufacturing services, warranties, payment terms, and other commercial conditions are matters for separate project documents and agreements. These website-use terms do not establish or amend those commercial conditions or supersede separately signed agreements.
